Hello! I’m a musician and artist from Chesterfield now based in Manchester.

I attended Brookfield Community School and began playing guitar as a teenager, inspired by a grungy Lindsay Lohan in the film, Freaky Friday. I discovered a passion for performing while a student in Oxford, developing my chops singing in jazz bands and growing in confidence as a singer-songwriter.

I released my debut single “Big Blue Sky” in 2018 and alongside touring across the UK and beyond I was also a winner of the 2019 Drake Yolanda Award. My EP, Call Me When You Wake Up, produced and recorded in a home studio in Nashville, was released in 2020 and featured on BBC Introducing and Radio 1, leading to a headline slot on the Leadmill Stage at Tramlines festival 2021.

Beyond music, my love for connecting with audiences and local community has led me down diverse creative paths. I work as a music facilitator, leading music workshops with young people and in the criminal justice system.

I’m also a keen painter and my artwork, including a piece featuring my favourite forgotten Manchester landmark, “The Toast Rack”, will be showcased in the 2024 Manchester Open Exhibition at HOME. Prints of my painting of Gay’s The Word bookshop are also available in-store.

More recently I’ve been dipping a toe or two into the world of stand-up comedy. As thrilling as it is terrifying, I’m excited to share more of this and some of the projects I’ve been working on later in 2024.
